Psych patients jumping out of ambulances

AmbulanceThom Dunn - psychology professor (University of Northern Colorado) and paramedic (Denver Paramedics) would like to remind his colleagues of the danger of patients jumping from an ambulance/medic unit during transport.
He goes on to state: Please, keep your psych patients on the pram. Buckle straps on with the buckles upside down. Provider and driver should have pre-arranged signal for "ohmygod he is trying unbuckle his [expletive deleted] seat belts, you need stop the [expletive deleted] bus and get the [expletive deleted] back here and help me tie him up."
